You may have noticed a small change.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve known my business as Ustyled.

Well, this is the official launch and rebrand under my own name, Catherine Cassidy.
In the video below I share a bit more about the discovery process that led to this change, how and why I committed to it and what I’ll be focusing on as I move forward.

Ultimately, the business I’d built wasn’t serving me and it wasn’t serving as many people as I’d envisioned when I launched. Now, this isn’t about me having to have a giant business, but it is about doing work that makes an impact. Which means it’s also about scaling the business, which just wasn’t happening with the focus on personal styling.

Hence, the two questions that I’ve been considering for the last year or so:

> How do I scale this business // what does the business model look like for scale?

(And with that … do I even want to build that business?? Turns out, the answer is NO!)

> How do I make a massive impact?

You may have noticed me talking more about Leadership Style Power and less about just clothes//style. As I share in more detail in the video, I’d been working towards doing more work around training, speaking and writing around this container since the beginning of the year. However, it just wasn’t taking off as I wanted it to.

SO, here is this leap of faith and clarity that comes from 6 months of shifting focus and about a year and a half of looking at how I wanted to scale to make a massive impact.

Sometimes you have to let go to grow.

For those of you who have loved Boutique Box and were hoping to have a chance to invest in that support sooner than later, rest assured that I have some behind the scenes plans that I’m working on there for you as well. It was a game changer for me when I launched it in 2012 and I’m still committed to its feasibility as well as what it means for YOU as a busy professional woman. I’ll let you know as soon as I can what the next iteration of Boutique Box looks like for you.
